No it was a thought initially put up by the board but now it's not true since BCECE 2019 has been Scrapped. Bihar Combined Engineering Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has released a notification stating that from now on admissions to engineering colleges in Bihar state will be done on basis of JEE Main 2019 Scores . Also, admissions to UG medical courses in Bihar State Medical Colleges will be based on NEET 2019 Merit List. The notification also confirms Bihar State Government’s Agreement on the same. BCECEB will only be organizing seat allotment through BCECE 2019 Counselling after JEE Main 2019 Results for paper 1 and NEET 2019 Results are announced.

As per the new notification released , BCECE is conducting it's own BCECE exam.
Even it's admit card are out .
Also, exam has been taken .
