No, both have approximately same difficulty level. It may vary sometimes because the test are choosen randomly from the number of test that are available in the data base. So, yes sometimes smacats can be on lower side and sometimes aimcats can be on lower side.
Only difference between the two is , in samcats your performence is not measured with other people whereas in aimcats it is measured.
