candidates are supposed to attend certificate verification for Web
counseling for admission at any one Help Line center and carry the Original Certificate with Xeros copies of two sets of the original
certificates with self attestation. Transfer Certificate is also one of the required docmument. So, ideally candiates must carry that. But if you don't have one then try to get it issued well before time. I hope it helps!
