Hello,
Yes colleges approved by UGC are good not only for mba but for all courses. UGC is a statuary body which is set up by Union Government of India to ensure that the standard of the University education in India. Ugc perform various roles and promote university education in india.

UGC and AICTE accredited colleges arecinsidered recognised and reputed.
However its all about placements, Rankings, Faculty, Infrastructure which determines if college is good or not.
UGC approved colleges are cinsidered vakid and recognised and hence not fake.
