As per your query there is no such notice from the concerned authorities conducting NEET 2021on whether it is mandatory to have vaccines for the candidates. There is no such instructions till date.
But it is highly demanded that you get vaccinated by atleast 1 dose and follow proper covid protocols for the safety of your own and your fellow candidates
