is we must wear half hand shirt while entering JEE main exam???

It would be better if you wear a half - sleeves T- shirt for the examination. But taking the wheather into consideration, if it is too cold, you can wear the clothes accordingly and reach the centre an hour before the timings given to reach and co operate in the frisking and checking process.
