Is work experience important for person pursuing for Mba after 1 year of completing graduation?

Hi Shivansh,
It is no where compulsary that you need to have one year experience after 1 year gap of graduation , however it says that everything we do pays off somewhwere , & having an experience is an added advanatage in terms of education for better placment

My main concern is education from good college. Not job so 1year gap pose any Hurdles for me getting bschool
