is yearly fee for university is diff from semester paying fee. for ex-first year fee for B.TECH is 2,05,000and per2 semesters 2,17,000.??

Dear aspirant,
I would request you please mention the name of the university so that I can be able to guide you in a more detailed and an organised way.
But as per my knowledge now colleges should take the fees as per semester fees and fees should be same as they take of one year. Due to the covid-19 situation the financial status of many students has been affected to it should not take more fees.
