It is mentioned as '4years after 10+2 Bachelor's degree in Engineering' in paper wise eligibility criteria section. I completed my btech in 5years span i.e 2013-2018. Am i eligible to apply for GATE2020 exam?

As per your requirement, i would say that as mentioned above that you have done btech in 5 years instead of 4 years, so you are definitely eligible for gate exam.
you have to do 4 years after 10+2 Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Technology/ OR 3 years after B.Sc./ Diploma in Engineering/ Technology and those who are in the final year of these programmes.
People attempt gate to do mtech or get psu jobs directly after doing engineering basically.
