It is not possible to download I card/hall ticket in Bhubaneswar, Cuttack ,Puri, Kendrapara, Jagatsingpur etc. districts .

Hey Sarada,
Don't worry about the postponing of exam and the admit cards/hall tickets for the exam as the concerned authority is looking into it and as soon as network and electricity system will be normal , further notifications will be given to you through the official website so I would advise you to visit the official website regularly.
