Not really, you need to complete your 10+2 with PCM itself and then depending upon your merit score in the Engineering Entrance examinations, you get a seat in any particular college. The other way to get into Engineering is by pursuing diploma, that is a course which you've to pursue after your 10th and it's a 3 year long course after which you get admission directly into the second year of engineering.
