Yes, you can say so. At least 1 question or more will come from each chapter of each subject. The total number of questions from each chapter of each subject would depend on how many total chapter a particular subject may have. Lesser number of chapters, more questions from each chapter. Higher number of chapters, lesser would be the number of questions coming from each chapter.
