Hello Dalip,
Are you asking for NEET UG? All India Quota seats you can apply anywhere in India but to get the state quota seats admission you should have the domicile of the state or you need to complete 10+2 from the state, The criteria varies state to state for it.
Other state student can get admission in private colleges Management Quota seats, It also varies state to state.

Some students have domicile in Rajasthan and they get dummy admission in Delhi,hariyana or bunjab in 11th and 12th class.on basis of originally domocdom they get in Rajasthan state quata and besides on basis of 11th & 12th they get in Delhi, hariyana or Punjab state qouta. From this clever way some students are get two states quata and thier total state quata are 85+85=170% . This way they don't get only 85% state qouta. and finally my question are that how much this type of students are claimed 170% quata get last year in neet.
