Its 8.30 PM Feb 21 already and still there is no option enabled for final registration. Do you know why this is taking too much time?

The final registration was scheduled to start today, but there is some delay for some unknown reasons. There is no option available yet on the dashboard. It is expected that the registration start by tonight or tomorrow definitely.
You are suggested to regularly visit the official site for all the latest updates and notices.
