It's been almost 3months I haven't got my id from nios they tell me to wait till 15 sept so when i will get it

I think you should wait for few days they will definitely provide you your ID. And till 15th also you did not receive than you can contact them for the same.

Generally it took 25 to 30 days in verification, documentations and for admission conformation, but sometimes it may take more than this time. Do not worry wait till 15th September and than after that ask them regarding same if you do not recieve till that date.
