Its just 5 months left can i study from now and get into any iit or nit

Yes, with a detailed study plan you can be able to get into IIT or NIT but it will also take a lot of hard work along with that. As you have already study 11th syllabus for your school exams you should give it some time for revision every day especially the important ones. The remaining time you should spend on perfecting your 12th concepts. Do remember to not go in much deep right now as in JEE mains questions are relatively easy and later on you can after your board exams when you are preparing for advanced. Hope this helps.
