If you have got a seat in the counseling and you don't want admission in the college then you just don't pay the fees or don't visit the college on the dates given online. When you don't go to the college in the given time then your seat is left vacant and passed to the next round. Now you can leave engineering and pursue your career in whichever stream you want.
