I've applied for eligibility certificate they mailed to send the certificates. The required certificate had been sent 1.5 month ago but still there's no update from them.. there's no reply from them for mails and I didn't receive the eligibility certificate yet

Check if there are any updates regarding your application status of eligibility certificate on the platform where you have applied for it.login with your credentials and go to status of application you will get to know the situation of your form.if it is not solved you should immediately contact the issuing authority directly to their office and inquire about the status of your application.
Also,you can do is apply through some agent who is expert in this area they will do it for you by taking just a nominal fee or reapply by yourself again.
