I've applied for met 2025 phase 1 but I've decided not to appear for it as viteee is on 24th April and met on 19th April 2025. Am I eligible for registration in 2nd phase as many say you can't appear for 2nd phase if you didn't appear in phase 1 or so. Please help me...
