I've been allotted CNLU from sc category of bihar. Is there any chance of my college upgradation?

Depends on your rank, of your rank is in the range of 300-400 then you can definitely expect Upgradation. You can expect a call from one of the following National Law U university;
1. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University
2. Gujarat National Law University
