If I have got Fgiet college in 1 round of upsee counselling and I submit fee and float it and in next round 2 I again get any other college.

Hello aspirant!

It's okay that you chose float to move to another round that is the second round for UPSEE counselling. You only have to pay one time fees that is the registration fees before the commencement of first round. That fees will be adjusted by AKTU in whichever college you take admission in whatever round you take it.
