I've given my 12th isc and failed in one subject...will I get admission in the clgs I want

Ishita, it is highly likely that you would not be able to get admission in the colleges that require a candidate to have passed Class 12 or an equivalent examination from a recognised board in order to be eligible for admission.As you have not been able to pass in a subject, so your results would reflect that and since you have not passed the 10+2 or an equivalent exam, therefore you would not fulfill the eligibility criteria. However, if that subject is an additional subject, then there is a slight chance that you may be declared eligible but that has to be confirmed from the college authorities or admission authorities. Also, you can appear for an Improvement or Compartment exam in that subject and work hard on it so that the subject does not harm your chances of getting admission in your desired colleges.

If you have failed in one subject in first of all you need to clear the supplementary exam otherwise colleges don't give u admission because qualifying class 12th exam is compulsory to take admission into any college there for prepare for the supplementary exam.
