I've got 142 marks in MHT CET 2019, 86% in 12th Boards, 71%ile in JEE . What are the best suitable colleges for me doing CSE (GEN Category)?

You can try for coep . But its not necessary that you get seat . And CSE Branch is a long shot .
And there are many other colleges like PICT , VIT , MIT , wadia etc which you can try . You can definitely get a seat there .
Also these are some best colleges in pune .
You have scored a competitive score so you must fill these colleges in CAP rounds .
