I've got 25.5 percentile in jee and I'm in sc category ia there any chance of getting a seat in ny engineering college??

You can apply for good private universities or institutes who are taking their own entrance exam and having their own admission criteria because it is difficult to get admission in good government colleges or NITs with this percentile.Lots of good private institutions or universities offering B.Tech and having their entrance exam like:

Basically with this percentile you have no chance to get any NIT or any government college.  But there are many private colleges who can offer many courses with your percentile.  So you should go for those or you will choose the other state level examinations.
