Congratulations on your rank. As every college the highest branch at KIIT is CSE and you have a great chance of getting it.The semester wise tuition fees will be 1.5 lakhs for the 4 years with 15,000 rupees will be taken as your mess fees per semester.Your hostel charges will be according to your accommodation whose details will be provided to you at the time of counselling if you attend it.
KIIT changes its fee structure and fee-waiver schemes every 3 years; it was last changed in 2016.Since your rank is under 500 you may be eligible for some fee-waiver criteria which is changed every year so I can't provide detail about it.
So, going by taking all the maximum expenditure amounts and considering you'll not be eligible for fee-waiver(which I don't think you would be because you are under 500) you have to pay 4 lakhs every year for 4 years.
