I've got 98.52% in jee main jan attempt and my category was general, but now I have my obc ncl certificate ready so I changed my category from general to obc ncl in may attempt. so I want to know what will happen to my previous results. whether I will be able to use previous scorecard with new cat.

According to me your previous results should also be considered while declaring category rank , but I am not that sure , so either you can wait for the result or you can contact the nta enquiry centre. According to the percentile mentioned by you , your predicted CRL rank lies somewhere between 15345 - 17250 .
