As per the year 2017 and taking into consideration that a rank of approximately 33k. The colleges which you would get are many and so i am giving this details as per general candidate.
The colleges like nit jamshedpur,nit Durgapur,iiest shibpur,bit mesra,nit jalandhar and other parallel ones ,you would easily get atleast metallurgy branch even if you are from other states. But if you want cs branch then look for a bit lower nits.
