Ive got allotment in second and am not going for that college.Im waiting for the next allotment. Can I go for next alloment without joining?

Hello

Yes if you do not freeze your seat you are automatically alloted a seat in the second round of the counselling but for that you should not have frozen the seat or taken admission in it.
