I've made payment in SBI but after payment I should upload the challan to the form but when I login there login user says server error. I've not uploaded the challan form and they will allow to write the exam or not

I understand that you are facing some errors and login issues and so to answer your question this scenario might have rose from some technical snag on the website's part which should resolve itself within a day or two.
If it does not resolve within that time then something might be wrong with your application status and if that's the case then I suggest that you address this matter to the concerned authorities via post or mail while clearly mentioning your issue and necessary details and request them to solve the discrepancy at the earliest for convenience.
