ive paid the tuition fee in my second alloted college through online and i got joining report & self report by online.. is it necessary to submit certificates in college to register to our seat???

Hello student, if you have paid the fees and got a report already, it might not be necessary to submit hard copy or the original certificates just yet. Most colleges do require the certificates' original copy at some point, hence you should contact your college through phone or email and confirm the same.
