Both NATA and JEE Maisn(paper 2) are conducted for admission to B.Arch courses.Candidates with the marks secured in JEE Mains paper 2 can get admission to NITs,IITs,CFITs.Now there are different sets of colleges participating in NATA and JEE Mains.
Now based upon your NATA score you will hardly get admission to the best collges particpating in NATA.JJ College of Architecture may also be not possible for you to get in for B.Arch.
Coming to your JEE mains paper 2 percentile,you have performed very well and you may get a chance for the architecture course in IITs,NITs,CFITs, and also NITs.Nowq the admissions are also based upon the state domicile cutoffs.
You have secured a great percentile and you definitely deserve a seat in NITs/IITs/CFITs.
