I've scored 231 marks and AI rank 389000 , category rank 11278 from Telangana, is there any chance of getting medicine or dental

You cannot get MBBS with this score if you belong to the general category. The chances of getting a dental seat is also less. But you can try that in private colleges. With this score you have chances to get seat in private colleges. You score is too low. If you will not get through counselling you can try for management quota also.  I cannot tell the exact colleges you can get as the cutoff varies every year.
