I've scored 80.8 percentile in jee mains but scored only 63.5% in my boards. I want to persue C.Sc. So can anyone suggest best colleges?

as per your 12 percentage and if you are from general category you can't get IIT or NIT BUT YOU CAN GET some good colleges at https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor . just browse each college and check their 12 cutoff percentage.
