j scored 77 percentile in b arch. will I get a seat in nit. if not where I will get a seat

see cutoff score fluctuate every year and it depends on some of the factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category , seat intake and so on. however at this percentile it is quite tough chances for nits applicable to any of the category students. however you may apply for state wise government institute or private institute.

1. For general minimum Percentile -98+
2. For obc -93+
3. For sc/st-78+
4. For ews -87+
