Hey.
To be eligible to take the JEE mains there is no Minimum percentage of marks required in 12th cbse/state boards. You just need to pass your 12th boards in order to be eligible.
There is separate eligibility criteria for admission to various institutes though. Like For admissions to NITs/ IIITs/ GFTIs you need to have secured minimum 75% marks in class XII or equivalent exam or be in the top 20 percentile in your class XII exam conducted by the respective board.

Inorder to write the JEE MAINS examination there is not any percentage eligibility criteria for that but yaah inorder to enter in these elite institute like IIT/ NIT/ IIIT/ GFTI you need to have a score of atleast of atleast 75% in class 12th or you should be under top 20 percentile from any State / Central board.
