Jee advance rank 2019 is 14000. What are the chances of getting iit as per this year addational seats increased.

As per your JEE Advanced rank 2019 and considering you belong to general category, you cannot get a seat in any of the 23 IITs of the nation. If one seeks admission into an IIT, the candidate has to secure a rank within 10,000 rank to be on the safer side of the last cut-off rank. I would suggest you to either apply for colleges other than IITs on the basis of JEE Mains and JEE Advanced and if you've secured a good rank in JEE Mains, do apply for JOSAA counselling to get a chance for admission into NITs, IIITs or GFTIs.
