Hello,
Like you said, the application form of JEE Main has closed. There is a chance that CBSE may, like previous years, extend the application deadline. If that happens you can fill the form, or else you will not be able to apply this time around.
Also, let me remind you that you can attempt JEE Main a maximum of 3 times only, and you say that you want to appear in the exam again .This implies you have appeared in the exam earlier. You also say, you are not an aspirant. My advice would be, if CBSE gives another opportunity, don't waste it. Rather grab it.
