As per your OBC-NCL rank in JEE Mains 2019, I am sorry to put this but you will not be able to get a seat in any of the NITs, IIITs, or GFTIs. Your category is quite above the cut-off rank for NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. But you do have few options left. You can apply for admission into private institutions who conduct their separate admission tests. And if you feel confident to clear JEE next year, then feel free to take a drop and give it a shot next year. Good Luck.
