You can apply for other private colleges, and if you want to take admission in IITs and NITs then you have to give the next year's attempt. But I suggest you to go from other private engineering entrance exam like BITSAT, VITEEE, SRMJEE etc.

You have missed the chance for this year but that's not the end. There are many engineering entrance exams and make sure you fill those.

If you haven't filled the Mains' exam form yet, it is too late for you now. But, you can still try for other exams like The state university exams and BITSAT (BITS' ranking is better than many of the IITs in India) application forms. Apply before its late again.Stay updated.
