Admissions in colleeges out of west bengal have seat reservations and counselling along with WBJEE.
She needs to take part in wbjee counselling with Jee Main scores, but unfortunately dates hav epassed now.
However with Josaa Counselling she can still get Assam University at this rank in last rpund.

Dear Jian.
You can go directely to some colleges and have some words with them i belive they will get as a admission directely But you have to pay some for the seat
And i am sure your sister will get a admission with the amount.
