Your name in the application form should not be as per 10th class certificate. As per CBSE, you have mention your name/parents' name in JEE Main 2018 application form as in class 12th/equivalent marksheet/certificate. Secondly, CBSE will enable a correction window for JEE Main 2018 application for tentatively in in the first week of January 2018, however, you can not edit/change your name, mobile number, email ID as well as exam mode (CBT or pen & paper.
