According to your question and taking into consideration that you want to know about the application fee payment procedure that you have to paid via online method.
I would like to tell you that you have to pay your fees online via debit card/credit card or net banking.
You need to pay the fees in online mode, which includes Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking/Paytm/UPI.
The application fees for general category is Rs. 1300 for boys and Rs. 650 for girls, for all the other categories i.e. obc-ncl / ews/ sc/ st it is Rs. 650 for both boys and girls.

1300 is the fees for unreserved category boys and 600 for unreserved category girls. You have to do the fees payment online itself. The JEE mains 2021 form has been released on December 16th and you can fill the form until January 16th.
