Sorry but your board percentage are low and doesn't meet the eligibility criteria according to which a SC/ST student needs a minimum of 65% in 12th boards in order to be eligible to get admission in josaa or on the basis of mains score card. So I would suggest you to either look for any other colleges or first give improvement and increase your percentage then come again next year
