No. JEE main on 8th January has not been postponed. NTA has decided to go on with conducting the exam despite the Bharath Bandh even though there are exams that have been postponed.
Anyway, it is advised for you to leave early and report to the center earlier than usual as transportation might be a problem in a lot of places.
