Dear aspirant ,
Shift 1 and shift 2 basically means there are two exam schedule in a single day like on 24th February one exam will be conducted from 9 am to 12 pm and the other will be conducted form 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm . Same in the case of the other dates on 25th and 26th of feb.

JEE Mains held in 2 shifts on different dates like 24 feb shift 1,24 Feb shift 2,26 feb shift 1.Here shift 1 means the exam is conducted in morning session and shift 2 meaning is that exam is conducted in evening session.You can check the answer keys according to your shift.
