Yes, you can choose to take JEE Main examination in Hindi. While filling the application form of JEE Main, you will have to select your preferred choice of language in which you want to attempt the exam. You can select Hindi as your preference.
Yaah JEE mains will conduct in English as well in Hindi. In whatever language you are comfortable you have both these languages as a choice.
