Since you have not stated which category or state you belong to I'm gonna answer this on a general perspective.
Getting into IITs, NITs or GFTIs might not be possible for you if you're a general category student with a 71 percentile in JEE Mains, although you can still try for state counseling like Haryana, MP, Odisha etc.
You'll be eligible for private universities/colleges.
