According to me you should not go for this offer and try for other good colleges. You may not get into NITs but still can get much better colleges than Anand International college of engineering.
I would also suggest that don't make money a barrier in your studies if you think you can perform well at colleges which it seems from your good rank. There are different scholarships and education loan program provided by the government and private banks to help you financially.
You are a good student and don't miss the chance to get into the best college possible.
I would suggest you to apply for state-level government colleges like IPU university.
