Focus on isomerism as it will be essential for understanding organic chemistry concepts that come afterwards. Make sure you are completely comfortable with steroisomerism, calculation of number of isomers. Nomenclature is not that important so just make sure you understand the basics of it, if you are in short of time don't try to do the complicated nomenclature. Make sure you understand resonance, hyperconjugation and all the electronic effects.
