The registrations for JEE Main January are over. However, you can apply for JEE Main April for which the application form will be released from February 8.

The Registration dates for the JEE Mains exam to be held in April are from February 8,2019.

I am very sorry to say this, But once the dates are over for application, you cannot apply for jeemains. But there are also somany entrance examinations, you can also apply for them beofre hand.
